The apartment has a a great layout, with a large living area and bedroom (both with plenty of light/windows) and is decorated in authentic mid-century modern style with wallpaper from the UK & furniture from vintage shops on Queen West. The space comes complete with all amenities (linens, kitchenware, dishwasher, microwave, on-site laundry, and is stocked with little touches like plenty of coffee, candles and even fuel for the bio-ethanol fireplace). 

Availability varies according to demand. Please inquire re: specific dates. 

Free internet access which includes free calls to the US and Canada via my skype subscription. There is flat screen TV and DVD player for watching movies (with a rental place in the hood), however there’s no cable (I stream TV programs free online …happy to leave site sign-in details)

Parking is available (given the busy, central location there’s a parking rental fee) that i’ve negotiated for $7/day. Highly responsive on-site management for any concerns if/as they arise and 24/7 access to me via cell phone.

I can also arrange for a guest pass at my gym (the Extreme Fitness on the corner) on your behalf. Or the leafy, upscale neighborhood and the gorgeous Mt. Pleasant Cemetary offer wonderful walking paths. There are plenty of affording restaurants right at the corner of Yonge/Delisle too, including great sushi, Italian, Thai, a neighborhood pub, etc.), as well as a Shopper’s Drug Mart, Mokshe Yoga (the city’s best yoga), Loblaws for groceries…& of course an obligatory Starbucks, all 1 min. away! 

Despite its central location, the apt. is quiet in a neighborhood mostly comprised of young professionals and families (if you want excitement, Rosedale cafe’s and bistro’s and/or Yorkville is a 5 min. cab ride/subway ride). The financial district is directly accessible via a 15 min. trip on Yonge Line.

LONG-STAY DISCOUNT: If you book more then 2 weeks, the rate will be reduced to $85/night. A maid will come each week for cleaning (fee of $25/week). 

Weekends are a flat rate of $225/weekend (Fri. noon-Sun. noon) including parking & all amenities, but not cleaning ($25 one-time fee).
