The house is located in Brussels in the Etterbeek district. It is in a really good location: near the metro Shuman and metro Merode as well at the European commission. (10 minutes walk). All is thus close and easily accessible: bus, city center, pubs, night shops, Villo station (bicycles to share/rent)
The house is fully equipped: kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, internet wifi, TV, a cleaner, 2 bathrooms, terrace…
Rental price: 450 EUR/month ALL charges inclusive. The charges include the consumption of electricity/gas/water (fixed price), cleaning lady once a week to clean the common area of the house, tv and wifi Internet. It also includes all the communal goods that are used by all housemates: toilet paper, olive oil, salt, pepper, cleaning products, laundry powder/softener, light bulbs, etc….
Available from 1st of August to the 31 of October.
