My name is Susan, and I live in a two bedroom apartment with two wonderful roommates (we partitioned the living room, and use the dining room as a living/dining room. it’s enough space, and we all save a bit on rent). Unfortunately, one of them is moving out in July, so we are looking for a third. The place is spacious with hardwood floors, and we love it (and you will too!)

A bit about us: I just graduated from my undergrad, and Daniel has one more year in Engineering at U of T. We are looking for someone who is 20-30, laid back, doesn’t have too many parties, and is reasonably clean. I do have friends over sometimes, and we do host occasionally, but we do not have keggers, huge house parties, or play loud music after 11pm.

Rent will be ~500/month + half of utilities (utilities are on average $20-30/month)(Daniel pays for Internet, we pay for utilities). The room may be semi-furnished, but you may need to acquire some of your furniture (don’t worry, that shouldn’t be expensive!).

Hopefully, you want to hang out, eat dinner, drink wine, be friends, host a few couchsurfers, and have a blast.

Also! I forgot to mention. The neighbourhood is really up and coming. We are a five minute walk from the Cedarvale Ravine (it’s a fantastic park). 20 minute walk to St. Clair W and Eglinton W Subway Station (or a 2 minute bus ride to St. Clair W). There is a wonderful farmers market on Saturday mornings (Wychwood Artscape Barns). There’s are adorable coffee shops (one of them serves a maple bacon latte!!!).

I can go on. I seriously love this neighbourhood.

A room with a skylight in a nice residential area, a few minutes from High Park and the Junction neighbourhoods. It’s a 5 minute walk from Keele subway.

There are 4 other awesome roommates (male) in this shared house. The house has a nice community atmosphere, sometimes we like to hang out, eat together, etc and the guys are looking for someone who does the same. The house has a washer and dryer (not coin-operated). It’s a really nice summer house, it’s really sunny, with a nice balcony and front patio with really friendly neighbours. We host couchsurfers occassionally.

The room is furnished and comes with a closet, desk and bed. The rent is month to month.
I’ve been quite happy here for the last 8 months, but unfortunately I am leaving the city, so my loss is your gain. Move in date is May 15.
